Jack Black as Jesus? Margaret Cho? John C. Reilly? Neil Patrick Harris? Need I say more?

So Apple has announced a pretty top secret media event to announce, well who knows what really.  The rumors are running rampant as far as the big things that Steve Jobs has to show us, the eagerly awaiting public.  Will it be a tablet touchscreen type Macbook?  Updated Macbook and Macbook Pros (most likely), or some other ridiculous new thing that will once again turn us on our heads.  Will it be an iPhone type announcement, where we will have to wait 2 years to actually hold whatever it is in our hands?

Chances are there won’t be anything too crazy, I’ve heard things about a 10 or 13 inch macbook for under a grand, which would be awesome.  A new Macbook Pro would also have me thinking about emptying my bank account for a new computer.  Something I need?  Maybe not, but honestly, who can turn this stuff down.  I personally will be keeping my hopes high for that touchscreen deal… In which case my dreams of an iPhone will be officially over for a long time.  Check back later in the week for the news on what the guys over at Apple have in store for us.
