Pretty sure I posted on the direction I thought the republican party was going to go.  Something about “playing nice”, “getting along”, blase’ blase’.  I remembered this after I heard Rush L say the word “RINO” today, and I realized it’s been a long time since I’ve heard that word.  Whatzamatta, everyone playin nice?

I “wike”ed RINO (I used wiki, so you know it’s correct) and found a couple more good ones.

A Gypsy moth Republican,

The implication is that the Gypsy moth Republicans do damage to the Republican Party by siding occasionally with the more liberal Democratic Party.

Me-too Republicans

From the 1930s on, another phrase for RINOs has been “Me-too Republicans”; those who ran on a platform of agreeing with the Democratic Party, proclaiming only minor or moderating differences [2] [3]. This was often blamed for Republican losses, because one “might as well vote for the real Democrat”:

And I stick by what I said earlier, if your a republican and you want your piece of the stimuli pie, you just might be a RINO…no, scratch that, you ARE a RINO.

I understand our needing all the help we can get.  Believe me, I know what it means to need all the help you can get.

But for some reason, I’m not sure why (and my being an idiot doesn’t count) but this whole stimulus thing seems alot like cannibalism to me.

Yes, we are in dire straits, it seems we’re at the point of (economic) starvation, with no food in site, to the point of having eating our young to survive.  Isn’t that what this whole “gov. bailout/stimulus thing is all about?  Devouring our future?

I could be wrong… believe me, I hope I’m wrong, but that’s what this whole thing feels like.  One thing is for certain, I do not wish to take part in this meal we find before us.  I just don’t want to do it… I think I’d rather starve.
