You know you love me

It’s one of the biggest shows on television right now…
That’s right - it’s Gossip Girl.

He is being conniving. Someone is sleeping with that girl’s boyfriend. She back stabbed so and so. While some are sucked into the black hole of a plot line that GG, the rest of are tuning in for the fashion.
That’s the real star of the show.
Teenagers and young women everywhere tune in to see what they are wearing. Preppy blazers, pin tucked blouses, thigh high boots with pleated skirts and leather jackets- there’s something for everyone no matter what your style is. The best part about it is the Gossip Girl stylists mix in more affordable pieces in with the Balenciaga and Louboutians. While you might not be able to drop $600 on a pair of shoes Blair Waldorf wore, you can put together your own look and include similar items you might find at your local mall.
Boots from Steve Madden, a scarf from Nine West and a necklace by Lucky - those are definitely things that are attainable and affordable for many girls out there. But that’s not stopping the every day girl from hitting up fashion houses. Designers are also reaping the benefits of the show. Tory Birch, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Nanette Lepore are just a few of the designers to be mentioned or featured on the show. It’s like prime time advertising for them!
The impact the show has had on the market is huge. Gossip Girl has brought fashion to the masses.
While I don’t care what Chuck Bass or Jenny Humphrey is up to this week; I can guarantee you, I’ll be looking up photos to see what they wore.

chuck bass…dude is seriously killing it every episode.
a true gentleman.
