The McDiet - How to lose 80 pounds in 6 Months!

42 year old, Chris Coleson is the McDonald’s Miracle Man, dropping around 80 pounds in 6 months. He went from a 50 inch waist size to a 36, simply from eating McDonald’s everyday. Coleson now weighs 199 pounds; a big difference from his original 278 back in December 2007.
Coleson’s McDiet consisted of a black coffee for breakfast, a salad with a snack wrap and sliced apples for lunch and the same for dinner.
While the quality of his McDiet may not have been the best, Coleson still pulled off what many are still struggling to do. Maybe a McDiet will do the trick instead of spending tons of money on gym memberships, health foods, nutritionists, etc. Who’s going on a McDiet?

well im proud of him but i have lost 100 pounds in 4 months eating hardees so a fast food diet does work just in small amounts
